Shipping & Returns

At Patron Clothiers, delivering exceptional style is only part of what we do—we also take pride in delivering exceptional service. Whether you’re ordering for the first time or exchanging for the perfect fit, our goal is to make every step simple, clear, and reliable.

Shipping Information

We currently ship within the United States only, with plans to expand internationally in the near future.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Free on all orders over $125, Select carrier rates for orders under $125
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Select carrier rates

All orders ship from our U.S.-based fulfillment center via trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

During high-volume periods (e.g., sales, holidays), please allow extra time for processing.

International Shipping – Coming Soon

We’re excited to soon offer international shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something doesn’t fit quite right—or just isn’t what you expected—we make returns and exchanges simple.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
  2. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
  3. Returns that don’t meet our policy may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Visit our Returns Portal and follow the prompts.

  • Choose the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
  • Print your prepaid shipping label and drop your return at any USPS location.
  • Returns: $6.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
  • Exchanges: Free—we’ll cover the shipping cost for any size or color swap.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
